Leaders find G7 Summit to be productive

On June 12, we had the latest G7 meet-up between seven countries, including Canada, France, Germany Italy, Japan, the UK, and the US.

It marked the 46th meeting between the countries. Many topics were discussed at the summit such as dates when we will stop using coal as fuel and change to electric energy.

The leaders also discussed a global tax minimum which means that if a company decides to move to another country that is a member of G7, they would be taxed with a minimum tax that all the other G7 countries would agree upon. This would deter companies from moving to other countries to have lower taxes.

Another topic they discussed was about speeding the vaccination percentages in their countries. All in all, this G7 meet-up seemed very successful, and the world leaders also seem very satisfied.
