Every year friends and family come together to celebrate the independence of America.  This glorious day is celebrated by many people with a beautiful spectral of fireworks exploding in the night sky. Though many people do not know the dangers of setting them off, fireworks can cause many fires and harm to people. In 2013 it was reported that 15,600 fires were reported to have been caused by fireworks. Personally, every year I either burn my fingers when I am lighting the  fireworks or get burnt by the sparks that fly when the fireworks are set off. It’s recommended that people should keep a good distance from the launch point. This Thursday, make sure to be safe and have lots of fun!
