How free agency could impact the NBA

After the raptors won the championship, the NBA has changed a lot. Big players are coming to the end of their contract and are looking to sign with new teams. So far free agency has been wild as Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are going to the Nets, and D’Angelo Russell is going to the Warriors. Also many big free agents such as Kemba Walker, are going to the Celtics, Jimmy Butler to the Heat, Bojan Bogdanovic to the Jazz and DeAndre Jordan to the Nets.

All of these big players changing teams unexpectedly will surely impact the NBA. Teams like the Nets and the Jazz can have a better chance at reaching the championship. Personally, the Jazz are looking good with Bojan Bogdanovic, Donovan Mitchell, Joe Ingles, Rudy Gobert, and Derrick Favors. The Nets have Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and DeAndre Jordan to help increase their chances. The Celtics have Kemba Walker, Gordon Hayward, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown so they still have a playoff team. Unexpectedly, the Lakers lineup has LeBron James, Anthony Davis and if they get Kawhi Leonard, they will have a dominant team.

Even with all the moves that have already happened, the NBA will continue to change in these next weeks and more teams could become dangerous.
